1. General Terms
This document is a public offer agreement between Yuliia V. Alekseeva, Sole Proprietor (hereafter “Seller”) and any individual (hereafter “Buyer”) who completes a purchase on the website hairregrowguide.com.
By making a payment, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts this public offer in accordance with Ukrainian civil law and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to a digital information product — a PDF hair recovery guide — and the Buyer agrees to pay for it under the terms of this agreement.
3. Order and Payment
The product is purchased by clicking the “Buy” button and proceeding to payment via Fondy.
Payment is made by card or other available options on the payment page.
After successful payment, the Buyer automatically receives the PDF guide via email.
4. Product Delivery
The guide is delivered in electronic format (PDF) to the email provided during checkout.
If any technical issue arises, the Buyer can contact the Seller at moc.liamg%40enodemretteb for assistance.
5. Copyright Notice
All materials in the PDF guide are intellectual property of the Seller.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, or transfer the content to third parties without written permission.
The guide is for personal use only by the Buyer.
6. Support Guarantee
If, within 45 days of purchase, the Buyer follows the guide’s core recommendations but sees no improvement, they may contact the Seller for personal support and assistance.
Support requests must be sent to moc.liamg%40enodemretteb, including a short description of the issue and actions taken.
7. Risk-Free Guarantee (Refund Policy)
If, after following the guide and receiving personal support, the Buyer still sees no results, they may request a full refund under the following conditions:
The request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
The Buyer must provide: full name, email used for payment, and a brief report on what was done
The Seller may request basic proof (checklist, notes, photos)
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 7 banking days of approval.
The Seller has the right to decline a refund if:
the guide’s core instructions were not followed,
supporting evidence is not provided,
the request is made after the 60-day window.
8. No Refunds Outside Guarantee
Outside of the refund guarantee in section 7, the digital product is non-refundable, as it is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for:
technical issues outside their control (email errors, Buyer’s device issues)
individual results from using the guide
lack of effect if the instructions were not properly followed
10. Privacy Policy
By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to the site’s Privacy Policy.
Collected personal data (email, name) may be used for:
delivering the guide,
support communication,
sending updates or promotions (if the Buyer consents)
Buyers may unsubscribe or request data removal at any time.
11. Final Provisions
This offer is effective from the date of publication and remains valid until revoked.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
